To accelerate the adoption of modern executive leadership by developing professional standards, producing trusted research, educating the market, and building a global ecosystem that improves access to executive leadership — starting with the fractional leadership model at our core.
Setting Standards. We develop the professional standards and frameworks that bring credibility and consistency to fractional and other flexible executive leadership models.
Producing Research. We publish original, independent research that helps organizations, investors and fractional leaders make better decisions about executive leadership.
Educating the Market. We help founders, CEOs, boards and institutions understand when and how to use fractional, interim, permanent and advisory leadership — expanding the opportunities available to both organizations and leaders.
Building the Ecosystem. We unite fractional leaders, organizations, capital providers, universities, government and professional bodies into one global community — and give that community a unified voice in shaping the future of the profession.
